CVCMinistries — Community Vocational Career Ministries — is the federally recognized 501(c)(3) parent organization at the heart of our work. Founded by community and faith leaders, the organization was built on the belief that structural unemployment requires a structured, faith-driven response. CVCMinistries holds all fiscal, legal, and programmatic accountability for every initiative under its umbrella. Through foundation grants, government partnerships, and individual giving, the organization sustains a growing portfolio of programs reaching across 14 counties in North Carolina, with Wake County as the primary base of operation.
YVN is the community-facing program brand of CVCMinistries, built specifically to reach and resonate with young people ages 16–24. Where CVCMinistries operates behind the scenes, YVN is on the ground — in schools, community centers, churches, and neighborhoods. YVN's identity was intentionally designed to feel accessible, energetic, and relevant to the communities it serves. Every dollar raised by CVCMinistries flows directly into the workforce readiness initiatives delivered through the YVN brand and its sister programs.
